At Wisdom Basic School, (WBS) Abayi, we are interested in not only teaching the children alone, but are also concerned about their smooth developmental welfare as its affects their learning processes. In view of this, arrangements are on top gear by the school management, to launch and establish two (2) resourceful centres.
The first centre will champion the cause of child development, nutrition, care, language and socialization process of a child in our contemporary society and factors that affects this developmental processes of the child. With the aim of researching, dissemination of findings and recommendation of possible solutions to issues and identified problems militating against a child smooth and successful development, bearing in mind that these children are our most valuable assets and leaders of tomorrow, if we are to have a better society we need to invest in these children now.

The second centre will be concerned with talent search and discovery in children and possible ways to develop these identified talents in the children to their full potentials, so that they will use their God given talents to their own benefit and to the development of our society, thereby making it a better place to live in. Interested persons who wish to partner and become contributor(s) both material and intellectual wise or sponsor(s) to our research, publicity, sports and children development activities.
